Thai fried chicken, (In Thai: Gai means chicken, Tod means deep-fried), is a popular street food in Thailand. Pieces of chicken are marinated with cilantro, garlic and seasoning sauces or marinated with their own spices and fried until golden and crispy, then sprinkled with fried shallots. It’s so delicious with sweet chili sauce and hot sticky rice.
