Walking up to second floor, three spacious bedrooms welcome you. Their decoration makes you to feel home and the wooden furnishing gives an extra warm touch. The master-bedroom with private bathroom is even more delicate furnished and you can enjoy a romantic sunset straight from your bed.

Schlafzimmer
3 spacious bedrooms are suitable for 6 persons. The two guest bedrooms are ideal for friends, children or couples, one with twin beds. The other with a double bed respectively. The master-bedroom with its 4 poster king-size bed, TV, private bath and balcony is really exquisite. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and come with wooden wardrobes and dressing tables.
Badezimmer
The bathrooms have a modern design and come with toilets, washbasins, walk-in showers. One is shared between the 2 guestrooms while the master bathroom is private and has an additional bathtub. On the ground floor is a guest toilet for upmost convenience.
Küche
The modern style kitchen comes with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven and hob, all what you need for self-catering. The expansive granite counter which can be used as a breakfast bar.
Wohnzimmer
The living area delights with its natural light and from a big sofa or the outside lounge area by the pool you will have a splendid view. Both areas, accessible though the huge glass doors give you a tremendous open-air feeling. The inside lounge contains all modern entertainment features such as TV with cable channels, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Esszimmer
A large wood dinning table with 6 chairs is placed between the kitchen and living area. The bar with 4 stools in the kitchen is an ideal place for a snack or even breakfast.
