Contained within the Baan Phu Kaew Villa estate, this 3 bedrooms villa overlooks a private pool and expansive balcony, perched above some of the most stunning sea views from the top floor Samui has to offer. A fully western-styled kitchen , plus all the modern conveniences of home provide guests with every amenity and service required.
Please note: This villa is recommended to travel by car, as its landscape is not suitable by motorbike.
3 Bedroom Luxury Villa on the Hills
Upon entering the villa, you will feel a sense of airiness. Glass doors and windows allow plenty of natural sunlight and help the refreshing feeling. Overlooking views of the ocean and Angtong National Marine Park, the villa is surrounded by it’s own tropical garden. The outdoor Balcony features a pool and plenty of space to unwind and relax. Take it easy and catch up with your favourite book while you enjoy the beauty of this stunning location. An additional balcony is located upstairs for those who seek an even quieter space.
The 1st floor has a modern kitchen connected to the dining and lounge area plus fully equipped entertainment centre. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests, one queen bed and twin single beds with shared bathrooms. The fabulous master bedroom has a wooden 4 poster king-sized bed plus its own living space with a daybed, en suite with bath. It also comes with a private balcony for you to sunbathe or perhaps a romantic dinner under the stars.

Schlafzimmer
They are 3 large bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two single beds. The master bedroom has a relaxing king-sized bed plus an en-suite with bath. The private balcony is well appointed with table and two chairs, and offers both pool and tropical views. All bedrooms are air-conditioned featuring wooden wardrobes, dressing tables. A security box is provided for extra guest convenience.
Badezimmer
All bathrooms are modern in style. There is one guest toilet downstairs and one shared bathroom upstairs. A master bedroom is en-suite, complete with its own bathtub. All bathrooms are complete with separate shower and toilet space.
Küche
The western style kitchen features a U shaped beautiful granite top. There is everything you could need in the kitchen allowing you the option of choosing to practice preparing some of the local dishes, while enjoying time with a group of friends.
Wohnzimmer
The living area has comfortable 6 seat sofa with a large flat screen TV/DVD. The glass door in living area that allows plenty of natural light, and also offers wonderful pool and garden views. The private balcony and pool is complimented by an outdoor sofa with 4 seats and two sunbeds.

The dining area is open plan with kitchen and living area; it has a gorgeously designed wooden table with 6 comfortable seats. There are additional 4 extra wooden chairs at breakfast counter.
