This remarkable 3 bedroom villa is a place of utmost elegance that fulfils every holiday pleasure. The newly built tropical beauty, set in a gated estate 1 km away from one of Phuket’s loveliest beaches, also has a private pool with Jacuzzi and a large garden.
3-Bedroom Estate in a private luxurious setting
Making your way into the villa you will come upon sizable open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. They are tastefully furnished and decorated in Asian style. The living room even has a small office space. Further down the L-shaped house building are the three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Master bedroom, as well as the living area, opens up to the garden and pool through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
The Villa’s exterior is as beautiful as the interior, as it boasts a private tropical garden with lots of space for relaxation. The pool is surrounded with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, a sala with two couches, a wet bar and a large outdoor table. The villa has an indoor/outdoor surround system so aside from the living room, there are speakers in the sala and by the pool as well.

Schlafzimmer
The estate has 3 highly comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms that can sleep 6 people. Master bedroom features a king size bed, 2 lounge beds, TV, closet, safe, shelves with books, and a large dressing room. The second bedroom has a king size bed, two closets, TV, DVD player and X-Box 360. The third bedroom has twin beds and a table with chair.
Badezimmer
There are three en-suite bathrooms at Baan Pasana. The Master bathroom will leave you breathless with its indoor and outdoor space. Inside it features a shower, a toilet, two sinks and another closet, and there are a majestic Asian style granite bath tub and a shower outside. The second bathroom has the same features but only one sink, and the third bathroom has no outdoor shower or a bath tub.
Küche
The kitchen is on the right hand side of the open plan living and dining areas. It is elegant, spacious and fully equipped, and it has everything you might need including an oven, a dishwasher, and an espresso maker.
Wohnzimmer
Asian-style living room area, with sophisticated details, has two large sofas plus two more comfortable chairs with feet extensions, as well as a small office space with a PC and printer. For fun stay-in nights there is a TV with a DVD player and a surround system.
Esszimmer
Tasteful dining room area is a part of open plan living and kitchen spaces and it features a large hard wood dining room table set for 8 people. Next to the pool is another dining area sitting 8 persons.
