Paradise Park Farm Koh Samui
Enjoy a day out at Paradise Park Farm, Koh Samui
The park is European owned and run, takes cleanliness and service very seriously and provides professional guides to help visitors and their children with feeding the animals.
Highlights here are the impressive mountain and ocean views stretching as far as Koh Samui’s offshore islands. The attraction is only 4-years-old and is already famous for its 2 bilingual talking parrots, Molly and March, both great favorites with visiting children. In addition there are macaws, parakeets and a huge variety of native and migratory birds living in the park’s 20 acres of rainforest.
The birds, rabbits, ponies, monkeys, deer, ostriches, peacocks and goats live on the complex and can be fed by hand with the help of the friendly guides. All the animals are fed each morning and regular veterinary visits to the park make sure they’re in good health. The restaurant is set back for the lounging area and the infinity pool with its stunning mountain views. The restaurant serves both Thai and international dishes with flair.
The partially-landscaped forested park includes a man-made waterfall, ponds, streams, lush lawns and a farm area. There’s even a campsite. The walking trails have pretty rest areas with seating and the park is open daily between 8:30am and 5:00pm for tours and later for dinner. The best way to get there is by self-drive or a taxi. The entrance fee is 400 baht, approximately US$13 or £10. Half or full day visits including a meal can be taken at a cost of 800 baht , 600 for children.
