Chaweng Beach, Eastern Samui

Pool House
Enjoying direct access out to the 66sqm private swimming pool, the Pool House has one bedroom that is really two, just separated by a curtain. The villa also has a covered terrace that leads out to the pool. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, while Bedroom 2 has two single beds, which makes this unit perfect for a family with two kids. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, wardrobes and share an ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom also has an area with a TV, DVD player and international Satellite channels. This area sleeps 4 people.
Main House / Bedroom Suite
The main house is where you will find the living areas, and is also the perfect family holiday environment. The main house is located at poolside and has three bedrooms, two of which have double beds, while the third bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. These bedrooms sleep 7 people and all have air-conditioning. The Main House is also home to a lounge area with entertainment facilities that include a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels and an X-Box 360, which the kids will love.
Rocky House
Aptly named, the Rocky House sits atop a natural rock formation, providing immense sea-views from the elevated position overlooking the Gulf. This separate unit is for those seeking a private experience while at the same time sharing some great memories with your travelling companions. With its own terrace, open plan lounge with a TV and international satellite channels, a cosy kitchenette with a microwave, hot water maker and a large fridge freezer, alongside a bedroom that has a double king-size bed, and another bedroom that has just a single bed.
Baths
The villa has 4 bathrooms in total that are all ensuite. In the Pool House, you will find one ensuite bathrooms that has a toilet, wash basins and shower. The Main House has two ensuite bathrooms that also have toilets, wash basins and showers. The fourth ensuite bathroom is in the Rocky House, containing a wash basins, shower and wash basin.Kitchen
The central kitchen is in the main house and has an array of appliances such as a fridge freezer, rice cooker, microwave, hot water maker, a food mixer, oven and electric hobs. Behind the kitchen, you will find a storage room with a water cooler and a breakfast table seating two people.
Living Room
The large and spacious open plan lounge is the central meeting point for the villa’s guests. Overlooking the swimming pool and within close proximity to the kitchen, this living room has some unique features such as a drop-down 4m x 3m digital projector screen at the push of a button to create an epic cinematic experience, especially with the thick curtains that turn the room dark when lowered. With a Dolby digital Bose surround sound system, you can relax in this comfortable air-conditioned area and really enjoy yourselves.
