This is an all-round summer rental where you can have it all: a private beachfront stay with access to many communal facilities, your own sea view pool, and proximity to one of the most distinctive areas in Samui, Fisherman’s Village and Bophut Beach. The facilities at your disposal include a 400 square meter swimming pool with sundeck, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, and sauna. There is also a restaurant on the premise, and a free shuttle bus service to and from Chaweng Beach twice a day. For larger groups, the resort has a number of 1- and 2-bedroom villas for rent, which means you can share your vacation while enjoying privacy.
As you enter Villa Hutton 301, you will be pulled into an atmosphere of serenity. The living space is nearly entirely made of glass, enabling guests to get lost in panoramic sea views. This area is open plan and it includes dining, kitchen, and 2 air-cons. The lounge features a large L-shape sofa, big flat-screen TV with DVD player and a surround system. The sleek kitchen is equipped for basic self-catering, it includes a 4-ring stove, fridge, coffee maker, and a kettle, and the dining room table is set for 6 persons. This space opens to the private deck with a plunge pool and a couple of sun loungers where you can bask in your own piece of heaven. On the level below there is a lawn leading to the beach and featuring a bench and a table.
The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms; two are set on the same floor as the living room, and the third studio room with a separate entrance is on the level below. The bedrooms upstairs feature a king size bed, TV, dressing table, wardrobe with safe, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas, and an en suite bathroom each. There is a Jacuzzi bath tub in the master bathroom, as well as a balcony with stunning sea views in the master bedroom.
