With its homely atmosphere, this 5-bedroom villa is ideal for large group of up to 10 people. It boasts a huge pool in a spacious outdoor area and it’s easily accessible just a kilometer away from Jomtien Beach.

Vibrant and cozy are the first words that come in mind when entering the villa. The Living room features traditional Chiang Mai furniture made of wood and bamboo, a large flat screen TV as well seating for 7 people. The open plan dining area features a long table with 10 chairs and a fridge for easy reach from the main living area. Wine and standard glasses are provided as well as plates and cutlery.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a kettle, cooker, toaster, microwave, stove with extractor, and kitchenware. Please note, the kitchen doesn’t feature an oven.
Baan Ayala has a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are accessible from the main living area in the main building while two bedrooms are in a separate building at the back of the property. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, air-con, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Unique deco elements give a distinctive homely feel to each bedroom, full of colors and joy. The villa also has a guest bathroom with a sink and a toilet, accessible from the living room.
The property has a large outdoor area surrounded by a perimeter wall that provides privacy and security. The huge pool is ideal for pool parties or to refresh your group under the sunny weather of Pattaya. A gas BBQ is also at your disposal!
Convenient location near Jomtien Beach
The villa is set in a private village in popular Jomtien, just a kilometer away from the beach (about a 15-20-minute walk), where you can also hop on a Tuk Tuk to take you to Walking Street and Pattaya City Center. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located just at the front the village and several restaurants are available within walking distances.
