Impressive Villa with Private Pool in Pattaya for rent
Spacious yet homely, Baan Calypso offers an exclusive tropical escape to large families and groups of friends. Have a BBQ by the pool, take pleasure in the state-of-the-art entertainment system, or explore the nearby attractions – this villa provides that perfect holiday base. Even the nights you decide to stay in will be magical, with the garden’s custom lighting and the pool’s changing colours.
Set amidst fresh and green surroundings, with garden and jungle views in all directions, the 7-bedroom villa sits in a private and quiet development. The villa’s pool terrace, featuring a 38 sqm pool with in-pool Jacuzzi seating, leaves a lasting impression. The pool’s wide water feature can be admired from the BBQ spot with built-in granite counters, as well as the massive outdoor seating area with custom benches, cushions, and high-powered fans.
The open plan living area is no less impressive. At its centre sits the lounge, with extravagant sofas that accommodate all guests, and a 58-inch satellite LCD TV with sound system. Through the windows, you can admire the side garden and the Lanna-Thai bas-relief that were the inspiration for Baan Calypso. One corner of the lounge is a study, with display shelving and desk areas with LAN internet to supplement the Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The dining and kitchen areas are stunning, with a 14-seat formal dining table with grey granite top and custom-made dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a breakfast bar.
The villa features seven bedrooms, all with handcrafted, king-sized teak beds from Chiang Mai, sophisticated colour-mapped decor, cable TV and en suite bathrooms. The three bedrooms on the ground level are wheelchair accessible and have wall-garden views. The master family suite is upstairs and, in addition to the king-sized bed, has a sofa bed that can sleep two children. The master and one other bedroom share a balcony with seating that looks over the pool and surrounding greenery. All the bedrooms have been sound- and weather-proofed so that early birds can sleep peacefully.
The villa includes private parking and daily maid service.
Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Area
Baan Calypso is located in a peaceful estate just 1000 m from Jomtien Beach and only 250 m from Sukhumvit Road (and easy-to-find transit options). It is also very close to Underwater World, Pattaya Floating Market, and many of the Jomtien, Pattaya, and Na Jomtien attractions.
Jomtien is very popular with families and groups seeking a laidback holiday experience. There are plenty of international and Thai restaurants to please all tastes, and Jomtien Beach’s low-key nightlife and great seafood restaurants are an easy drive away.
