The villa features a special karaoke room with a large sound system including a flat -screen television and acoustic wall. The ease of use and choice of songs will have everyone competing for the best (and worst!) holiday singing award, so fun times are guaranteed here. Please be aware, however, that the villa is located in a residential area and the noise needs to stop at 11 PM. When you get tired of singing - or when you lose your voices – rest at poolside, or play a game of pool at the outdoor pool table. This villa is the epitome of good times for groups and families.
There are 6 bedrooms across two buildings at Baan Piam Sanook, accommodating up to 12 people. All bedrooms have king size beds, flat-screen televisions, and wardrobe space. The rooms are well-appointed, with both master suites being particularly spacious and offering direct access to the swimming pool. Three bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom, and the last bedroom has a guest bathroom just next to it.
The villa has two kitchens, both of which are well furnished and offer plenty of storage and preparation space. They both have kitchen islands which add a touch of class to the whole area. While you may wish to cook for yourselves, there is an option of hiring a cook at a reasonable cost to look after your meal requirements. The villa also has two lounge areas which offer comfortable sofas and large flat-screen televisions for relaxation and enjoyment. When it comes to dining at the villa, you can choose to share your meals both indoors and outdoors.
East of Jomtien and Pattaya
Baan Piam Sanook is to the East of Jomtien and Pattaya. It is set in a rural area less than 20 minutes’ drive from the laid-back Jomtien area, as well as the far busier Pattaya city centre which offers everything you need in terms of shopping, entertainment and food outlets.
You will be staying close to Wat Huay Yai temple which is simply stunning. You also have lot of other local attractions within an easy 10-20 minute journey. Such places as the floating market, elephant camp and crocodile farm are well worth the journey.
