From the moment you enter the villa, you are greeted by a tall spiral wooden staircase within a very chicly designed lounge area looking out towards your very own private pool and adjoining Thai sala on the back garden.
The 7 bedrooms are set over three floors, and the 6th and 7th bedroom are actually a self-contained unit and connected. Sleeping 14 people makes this villa the ideal holiday rental opportunity, and being situated on a gated estate with 24 hour security just gives you that extra bit of comfort.
Na Jomtien Beach, South Pattaya
The villa is located in Na Jomtien beach area and just a 5-minute drive into the main part of Jomtien Beach where you will find lots of international restaurants and a vibrant nightlife scene. Although there is a convenience store within 1km of the villa, the major action takes place in Jomtien. If you need to visit a shopping center, you can find a few under a 10-minute drive. If you seek a location on a private estate with 24 hour security, but still close to the beach and lots of nearby facilities, Jomtien Waree 6 is a good choice.

Accommodation
Beds
There are 7 bedrooms in the villa sleeping 14 people. 5 bedrooms have double beds and air-conditioning, with 4 of the bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms situated on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 bedroom on the third floor. There is also a self-contained unit on the ground floor that has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One has a king-size bed while the other one comes with a king-size bed, a bunk bed (not included in the rate) and a baby cot, the perfect furnishing for a family. A total of 20 persons can comfortable sleep with 6 beds for an additonal price.
Baths
Of the 5 bathrooms, 4 are ensuite, while the 5th is for the self-contained unit. All bathrooms have showers, wash basins and toilets, although the Master Bathroom has a great walk-in bathtub area that is very romantic indeed!
Kitchen
As far as kitchens go, the one in Na Jomtien Chic Villa is very modern, clean and ideal for those who enjoy cooking. The choice of appliances in the kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, 4 ring electric stoves, toaster, hot water maker and a rice cooker.
Living Room
The lounge is situated on the ground floor of the villa overlooking the private swimming pool on the back garden. The tall windows make for nice views and lots of natural light cascading through the area. The lounge has a large L-shape settee and a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels, perfect for catching a movie or watching a sporting event such as the Premier League football.
Dining Room
The dining area is next to the lounge. There is a 6-seat glass dining table. You could also dine outdoors on the terrace or in the Thai sala.
Pool & Spa Facilities 
"Overall it was fine but the water was not smooth enough for washing. ( not strong)The swimming pool too much cholorine that made all of us allergy especially the children. And it was a pity there was no scissor it was really hard for us cause we as a visitor wouldn't carry a scissor. Hope that the above mention could improve if we could visit the coming vacation. I regret to say that water pressure is a problem in Thailand generaly, we will speak to the engineers and see if we can improve this for future clients. There is no excuse for a wrongly balanced PH for the pool we will certainly get the water tested again and correct the PH Balance. Scissors, not a huge demand item, had you spoken with my support staff we most certainly would have provided you with a set no problem.
