Ultimate Party Complex in Jomtien
With its 33 bedrooms / 34 bathrooms, the place can comfortably host 60 people (and more on request!) in a central location in Jomtien, just a 10-minute drive away from Walking Street and Pattaya city center. The beach is just 450 meters away and many restaurants and bars are accessible nearby.
All bedrooms boast a modern design and are equipped with TVs and aircon. The complex is divided into 3 sections with a central villa of 20 rooms and large pool, and two other smaller sections with 7+6 additional rooms. All guests can gather in the 40-meter-long pool which is ideal for pool parties with large groups. Sound systems are spread across the property and guests can play their favorite musics until dawn.
Common areas include a kitchen, a game area with pool table, a dining area and a karaoke/meeting room. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, microwave, a fridge, kitchen ware and a BBQ. For groups of over 60 people, we request an additional fee of 500 baht per extra guest per night.
