Wonderfully located just 400 m from Cosy Beach, it is in an area packed with restaurants, shops and attractions. Moreover, it takes only 5 minutes by taxi to get to the Walking Street.
The villa has two indoor living areas and two outdoor living areas, all of which are super-comfortable and enjoy either hardwood or polished tile flooring for your walking comfort. One living room comes with a pool table. All the rooms have high ceilings which creates a bright atmosphere and ensures that the air stays fresh. The elegant dining room features a wooden table and high-backed chairs for eight persons overlooking the gardens.
The five bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and many come with distinctive Thai craft furniture made of woven water-hyacinth. Three bedrooms have TVs, and the large fifth bedroom is located in the attic. Three bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms; the master bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 2 but each has its own access and can be locked from the inside. The master bedroom also has an outside toilet on the balcony.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter-top space and all the appliances you may need. There is also an outdoor BBQ at the rear of the building outside the kitchen. Daily maid service, free Wi-Fi, and private parking are all included in the rate.
Pratumnak Hill, North Pattaya
The villa is just 400 m from Cosy beach, Pratumnak Hill. This locale has many great eateries within walking distance, and is a mere 5-minute drive from the Walking Street. Major shops such as Big C, Tesco Lotus and Makro are a 5-10 minute drive away, and local attractions such as the Big Buddha and Silverlake Vineyards are also close by.

"pros - Villa and staff was great, great location and pool. Nice and private area inside and out, the villa itself it really nice. cons - Wi-Fi wasn't great and kept cutting out meaning I had to go to the shops to work, phone back home etc. hot tub was dirty and not working and no curtains to block out the sun for extra sleep on them late nights. would 100% stay again "
