Villa Klasse is a single-story villa perfect for families and small groups of friends holidaying together. Most of its rooms are standalone buildings, offering peace and privacy to each and every guest. A large swimming pool with a green garden, patio, and a waterfall is at the center of the property, contributing to its tropical sanctuary feel. This open-air space offers everything you need on a holiday: sunbeds, BBQ, shaded and sunny corners, tables and chairs, and air-conditioned rooms only a few steps away. The charming garden Sala has wooden furniture and it is great for playing games and enjoying al fresco meals while you listen to soothing waterfall sounds in the background. There is even a small fish pond on the premise.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. The master bedroom is in a standalone building; the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom are in another building. Directly facing the pool, the master bedroom is large and airy; it has a dressing room with a safety box, TV with a DVD player, king size bed, and a ceiling fan. Its en-suite bathroom has a luxurious feel to it and it features a shower, bathtub, and a toilet room. The other two bedrooms in a separate building are also full of natural light and facing the pool. One features a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. They each have a wardrobe, TV, and a ceiling fan, and they share one bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The sizable living area is embellished with Asian-style ornaments and paintings. It includes an indoor dining room as well as a working corner and a guest toilet. There are large couches in the living room, along with a TV with CD/DVD player and Surround Sound. A 6-person dining room table is set on the other side of the room, next to an office desk with chair and shelves. A fully equipped western style kitchen is located in the building next to it. It has a number of appliances available for your convenience including a fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, and a coffee maker.
The villa is very private and safe, with an electric gate and parking space. Free Wi-Fi and cleaning twice a week are included in the rate, with a weekly towels/linen change.
Booking this rental includes a free car, a 5-seat manual Toyota sportrider pickup* (*a safety deposit is needed and gasoline is NOT included).

Quiet Pattaya location great for families
The villa is situated in a quiet and secured residential area. There are a number of international restaurants and bars within a 1-2 km radius; a minimart is within walking distance and a fresh market is a 5-minute drive away from the villa. Reaching family-friendly Jomtien Beach would take 15-20 minutes by car, and it takes a 20 minutes’ drive to get to Pattaya City center. Underwater World Pattaya, Pattaya’s only aquarium, is about 5 km away from the villa, the same distance as Pattaya Weekend Night Market.
