You will be welcomed by a private pool with a Jacuzzi, and a pool deck with an outdoor table plus a couple of sunbeds – enjoy complete privacy as you swim, catch a suntan, and prepare fresh seafood on the barbecue. The villa is gated and nestled in a residential village so you’ll be able to have a quiet stay while remaining close to a number of lovely beaches and family-friendly attractions.
The villa spreads over 2 floors and it features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor is home to an open plan living area, dining, and kitchen, plus the second and the third bedroom and two bathrooms. The living room features a TV with Cable channels, large L-shape sofa, pool table and even a karaoke set – being bored at Villa Vanilla just isn’t an option. The modern and sleek kitchen with a dining table for 6 is right next to the living space; it is fitted with a stove/extractor, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a large fridge. You can easily prepare all your meals by yourself, but you absolutely don’t have to since the villa is near Jomtien’s famous restaurant area where you can try all kinds of local and international delicacies.
Located on the villa’s first floor, the master bedroom features a king size bed and another smaller bed on the floor (suitable for younger children who need to stay close to their parents), along with a wardrobe, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with an indoor and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, wardrobe, sofa and a TV; it has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as pool access. The third bedroom comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, and a TV; it doesn’t have its own bathroom but there is a guest bathroom in the living area the guests can use.
The villa’s private covered parking has space for 2 cars, and the rate includes free internet usage and daily cleaning. A chef service, babysitting, car rental and other additional services are available on request at an extra fee.
Quiet residential area in Jomtien
Villa Vanilla is within walking distance to Na Jomtien Beach which is 0.5 km away; Jomtien Beach where you can enjoy swimming and playing water sports is 1.5 km away. On the way to Jomtien Beach, approximately 1 km or a 10-minutes’ walk away, there is an area with different shops and a great number of local and international restaurants. Pattaya Floating Market is about 2 km away from the villa, and reaching the center of Pattaya City would take about 15-20 minutes by car.
