With such a private location in a gated estate, the holiday rental is ideal for families and groups of friends travelling together.
The villa has a nice garden with lots of flowers and plants, next to a Thai garden Sala. There are different seating areas and sun loungers at the patio, and the inviting private swimming pool includes a kids’ section. This is a remarkable tropical setting made for rejuvenation and enjoyment of all family members.
Inside the villa, there is an open plan living space with a lounge, dining room and Western-style kitchen. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping 10 people in total. The open plan lounge area has a very modern look and feel to it; it features vaulted ceilings and looks out towards the pool. It has a large sofa, unique coffee table, and a large flat screen TV with international channels for when you wish to relax in a space with air-con.
The 5 bedrooms in this villa all have vanity sets, wardrobes and air-con. 4 of them come with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There is also a 40-inch flat-screen TV in the master bedroom, as well as an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second and third bathroom at the villa have a toilet, sink and shower.
The contemporary kitchen is part of the open plan living space and it has a great choice of modern appliances for self-catering; those include a Teka oven and microwave, stove, kettle, and even a washing machine. As for dining options, you could choose enjoying your meals at the 4-seat marble dining table in the lounge, or at the garden Sala.
