I was fortunate enough to spend 2 separate holiday vacations at Relaxing Palm Pool Villa, on both occasions I was made so welcome, and at no time was anything to much trouble, for the staff to do for me. That is the reason, I returned for a 2nd time!. I recommend anyone visiting Thailand to stay at Relaxing Palm Pool Villa, as it is so peaceful and relaxing. What a lovely place to spend a vacation. This villa was truly amazing. Big is an understatement to the size of this property. All facilities were top notch and the gym was just an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a higher end property. Now there is a huge apartment block being built right next door but this did not bother us as work is almost completed and we didn't hear much noise from it. This may be bit of an issue once it is completed and people move in as they will be able to see right though the villa especially with the massive glass wall facing the apartment building. Overall we had a fantastic stay here. There are however two things which prevented me from rating this 5 stars. The first is the daily electricity limit. It is no were near enough to what it should be. Even if you are really careful you are still going to go over. If the daily limit is doubled then you may (I say may) be OK. The second was that on the third day of our stay the main TV in the living room broke down and after contacting management who said they will get it fixed, twice, no engineer came round to fix it. Which to us was a bit of a shame as we spent over two weeks in the villa.

My husband & I recently stayed at this Villa on Koh Chang and it exceeded our expectations.The villa is of an extremely high standard both inside & out,it is set on the edge of the sea which offers wonderful views. The interior is contemporary and all bedrooms are ensuite & a good size, the upstairs has its own balcony overlooking the pool & the sea, and 2 open onto the pool area,which has an extensive patio and comfortable sun loungers, there is also a large table for outside dining. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome bottle of wine left by the owner, who had been most helpful prior to our stay and was easy to contact if we needed anything.The house & large gardens are well looked after by a local Thai couple, who were very friendly. Koh Chang is a quiet island compared to others that we have visited, but is extremely attractive with good restaurants & beaches nearby to the property,we would recommend a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather in January is warm & sunny without too much humidity, we will definitely be returning.

Villa located in a lovely and safe location. Staff from Thailand Holiday Homes were very helpful and responded to questions very quickly, helping us to enjoy our stay. The villa was very bright and spacious and it was lovely to be located in a secure gated community.
