This luxury 3 bedroom villa situated on the Angthong hills and is a perfect idea for those who seek a relaxing holiday with sea views from the balconies. It is in a great location, with only 5 minutes drives to Nathon and less than 15 minutes to the sandy beaches of Lipa Noi and Bang Por.

The dining table is right next to the kitchen; this beautiful wooden table with 6 seats makes for a great meet up location. The living area features a comfortable 6 seater couch with expansive views being offered from the outdoor balcony. Guests have access to a superb entertainment centre, including TV, and DVD player plus WiFi. All 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned, one features a twin bed and one with double bed, and the master bedroom has a bathtub with overlooking ocean views and private access to balcony. All 3 bedrooms are ensuite for added convenience.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, daybed, TV and DVD player, featuring a breathtaking panorama views of the hills and the seas. There is one hair dryer and one security box in master bedroom.

3 ensuite bathrooms plus one extra guest bathroom on the 1st level are available within the villa. All are modern designs complete with walk-in showers, sinks and toilets. The master bathroom has bathtub along with stunning sea views. Vanity sets can be found in all bathrooms.

This western-style equipped kitchen is fantastic if you love to cook and entertain at the same time. The sleek, modern design also features a breakfast bar with 4 barstools.
