Villa Niyati is a unique island estate set on a mountain overlooking picturesque Kamala Beach. It has the capacity to accommodate groups of up to 24 people, which means that you can book it for a family reunion, team building trip, or a dream getaway with a large group of friends.

Did you ever think that you could holiday in style even when you’re travelling with a large group of people? Villa Niyati is a place that makes that possible! Everyone will love its 19-meter infinity pool with a Jacuzzi and pool bar where you can blend your own cooling concoctions. The villa features a combined cinema and conference room with a HD projector, Hi-Fi surround audio system, and a big screen covering an entire wall, suitable for private screenings. Since the villa has a number of floor mats available, it can also be used as an entertainment room for children.
The villa has 3 floors, and a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 en suite bathrooms (two bedrooms share one bathroom), plus two toilets. Out of 10 extra beds, eight of them can be placed in the four bigger bedrooms. Every bedroom features a flat screen TV with 90 international channels. The master and second bedroom are on the top floor, next to a sun terrace, kitchen, dining and one guest toilet. Three more bedrooms, pool and cinema area, and the second guest toilet are on the middle floor. Two more bedrooms are on the bottom level, they share a bathroom and feature a small kitchen and a fridge – this can be a great unit for parents with kids.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with double fridges and freezers, double gas stoves, and appliances such as a toaster, coffee machine, juicer, and kettle. It features a large dining table set for 14 people.
The villa is in a quiet setting, offering utmost privacy. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the premise; the rate also includes free Wi-Fi throughout the property and daily maid service. Many more additional services are available for an additional cost, such as: organizing parties/buffet/barbecue, booking massage therapists for treatments at the villa, chef service, ordering food from nearby restaurants. It is also possible to rent a mini bus with 15 seats and a driver, available 24/7.

Phuket FantaSea is a popular theme park with magic and cultural shows suitable for visitors of all ages, and only 1 km away. Busy Patong is a 20 minute drive away, while it takes only 30 minutes to get to Phuket International Airport.
