If your year-long holiday dream involves a paradise island in the tropics and a deluxe villa to get pampered in, you’ve just hit jackpot. Villa High Rise is one of those properties that trigger unforgettable moments simply through their design and all-surrounding beauty. Wherever you look you will see shades of blue and green; as the house is L-shaped, the pool deck is righteously in its centre. The villa’s pool patio boasts stunning panoramic sea-views alongside a large infinity pool. There are sun beds and seated areas, BBQ, shower, and a large outdoor dining table. This very spot will remind you every single morning that you are in heaven.
The villa spreads over 3 floors and features 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a guest toilet; it accommodates a total of 12 people. The middle floor holds shared spaces: living room on one side, and kitchen and dining on another. The living room faces the pool and offers gorgeous views. There is a game area with a pool table, coffee corner, sofa next to a Cable TV with a DVD player and surround system. With so many fun options on the premise, you will barely ever want to leave the house. The kitchen is of European style, fully equipped and with a large kitchen island. The appliances on offer include a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a blender so you can make your own tropical fruit smoothies. The dining room is next to the kitchen and it includes a table that is big enough for 14 persons.
The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms: 3 are on the top floor, and 3 on the ground level. The three bedrooms on the top floor have an en suite bathroom each, two of which feature bath tubs (there are 4 bath tubs in total). One of the bedrooms on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom, and the remaining two bedrooms share one spacious bathroom with a large bath tub. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature high-posted king size beds. Moreover, every bedroom has balcony access, floor-to-ceiling windows, and black out curtains. There is a workout room next to the ground floor bedrooms, plus a guest toilet reachable from the living room. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the villa’s rate, and an array of optional and complimentary 5-star services is available on the premise.
Bophut, beach village in North Samui
Villa High Rise is nestled on the hills of Bophut in a scenic natural setting. There is a highly popular bar called Gecko Bar within walking distance, about 0.6 km away. The nearest beach is Bophut Beach, 3.5 km away from the property. Bophut’s main attraction is Fisherman’s Village, a charming seaside walking zone with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and weekly markets. This area also has family-friendly attractions such as a mini-golf course nearby, called Minigolf International.
