The host is very friendly. The house is unexpectedly huge and nice, the swimming poo is incredibly big too. Just one reminder that the living room is huge but without air conditioning, that will deduct abit the comfortable feeling when all of us trying to enjoy the dinner together in there. There is a big playroom located at the basement, very suitable to come with kids. The location is quite remote to the town, but if you plan well beforehand of your daily itin that could be fine. Driver and van are included, which is definitely a merit to this villa. We all enjoyed the stay here.

Our family with our 2 teenage children had a wonderful time staying in the villa. It was perfect for adult teenagers/groups of friends as the main bedroom is in the house and attached are 2 separate rooms both with outdoor private shower and toilet. Beds/cushions and lounge was very comfortable. There is netflix television so many channels to choose from. Maids come in every day which is lovely to straighten the place up and make the beds. There is a washing machine which is very handy. No need to take towels along as there are pool towels and bath towels supplied. I would take shampoo and conditioner as this was not supplied but everything else was supplied. Lovely Thai restaurant across the road called "Nicky Place" great food and they even deliver to the villa. Would recommend this place highly.

I stayed at this villa with 9 other friends and we all had a wonderful time. The villa was extremely comfortable and we loved staying in it. We spent most of the days out by the pool and the beach was only a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride away. The night life was nearby with Bangla road being 10 minutes away. The staff were all lovely, with their cook making fantastic meals and their onsite driver who you could book for 8 hours was truly amazing. Would definitely recommend staying at this villa again. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Thank you very much for your review. Sorry for the inconvenience but it is in our website clearly stated, that there are only 2 fully equipped bathrooms and one toilet with a wash basin.

With regret Pattaya City Water had a serious broken pipe supply, private water suppliers were used but long delays because of demand. Thank fully this is quite rare.
