The villa is so luxury, everything is huge. The facilities are great, I love the kitchen and all the utensils very much. It takes a great deal of electricity to cool the villa. Though I need to pay about THB1,000 per night on electricity, the overall price to stay in the villa is relatively cheap as the villa is new and relaxing. The garden is pretty and the pool is clean. I know this is not easy to keep. That is why workers start to work early in the morning and keep going in and out the villa the whole day. The overall experience was really nice, even there was a construction site right next to the villa, there was not much noise detected. Great place!

Everything was just perfect. The staff who greeted us at the villa were very helpful and kind. The facilities in the villa were great and we all had an awesome time. Looking forward to do this again.

The villa was good to enjoy holiday in Pattaya. However, sometimes the staffs of the villa do not answer our calling. As a result, we waited about 1 hour to check out.

“Great location and cool apartment” Great to wake up and go for a walk right on the beach, then take a swim in the lovely pool. It was very quiet so we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. Lovely large bathtub overlooking the river in the master en-suite was used a lot! Kitchen and dining room had all the equipment we needed to cook and eat well. You can get laundry done in-house or (faster and cheaper) by hand by the lady almost next door. Great local restaurants and bars within walking distance on BangTao andat Surin. Lovely manager arranged trips and taxis for us no problem We'll be back thanks

Space, quality fittings, quiet problem free. However for such a quality villa it has a miserly TV programme choice with no CNN no Fox and no BBC World News - such a shame
