Haben 7 Nächte in der Baan Suan Far Sai Villa verbracht . Das Haus ist ein wenig Runtergelebt aber Allgemein in einem guten Zustand kurz gesagt für Thailändische Verhältnisse gut . Der Pool ist Riesig und daher für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sehr gross und die Beten OK nur die Klimanalagen lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig .Leider alt und nicht sehr leistungsfähig was sich dann in denn Stromkosten bemerkbar macht ! Sollten dringend dringend revidiert oder ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage ist gut Meer in 10-15 Minuten zu fuss erreichbar und es hat viele gute Restaurants in der nähe und kleine Shops zum Einkaufen. Im grossen und ganzen kann ich das Haus mit gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Remote, residential villa. Cozy, clean and decent for a short stay. Pool is clean, pool table inside, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms. Phillips office located few meters from villa. Transport can be organized through him as well. 7eleven, Thai resto located 5 minute walk outside gated residential area. Overall, good value for money and definitely recommendable!

The villa was excellent, very good facilities, and equipments, in a very good compound, not far from hot spots and beaches. Disadvantages: a lot of ants, and some other insects. the bed sheets were not very clean. Suggestion: providing heater for the pool water would be really amazing providing new daily towels shouild be included

The Villa, is in a very good and clean state, little tired. Rooms were adequate, Located in quiet and discreet location, this villa is ideal for groups and families. We mainly lounged outside by the swimming pool and in the pool room, was superb for group of guys. Little issue with the hot water, as was told to leave my air conditioning unit on to keep hot water in the tank. The swimming pool filtration system was not working, and Elle the care staff ensured this was resolved immediately. Apart from this the staff were always helpful and courteous and were on hand when ever we required. Cleaners were quick and efficient, the villa is on the quieter and cleaner side of Pattaya, only 10 mins from walking street and 15 from beach road in a taxi approx 150 bahts. 10 minutes from Jometien beach. Overall would definitely recommend the villa, and would 110% recommend 'Thailand Holiday Homes' See you soon guys. C

One night fire alarm system started twice in the night and twice during morning hours. Nobody answered our calls to turn it off. Nobody arrived. Nobody provided us information how to turn it off. We just had to wait until it finishes. During check in, the manager arrived 25 minutes later. Despite the fact that we called and wrote in advance to arrange the checking time. The answer was "Ok-ok" but nothing changed. The washing machine was really slow. It is problematic to wash clothes for 14 people. No toilet paper refill. No 14 chairs for 14 people. Little bit far from the beach but pool is much better anyway. The rest was really great. )))
